It has been a cold winter...

So this is far overdue - but here are a few photos from the past few months. You can see it was so cold there were huge ice formations on all of the bluffs along the roadways. We had several snow dumps, but still managed to get our kicks along Route 66 at the Biggest Rocking Chair. One of the best things about the chair is that it sits right outside a gas station, because when you enter the gas station they offer "samples" of whiskey. I say "samples" because Ross was the only one who took the offer - and they handed him a large wine glass full of whiskey. Only in Missouri do you get big whiskey samples in a gas station.

We've been really enjoying the weather the past few days - it is finally warming up. We've been taking long evening walks and have been enjoying our garden shoots sprouting up. So glad Spring is finally here!
